David Yaish, Founder, President & CEO
Prior to founding Wisair, David was CEO at DSPC Systems (Formerly CTP Systems) until its acquisition by Intel. Before DSPC, David held several management positions at the electronic R&D department of an advanced technical entity of the Israeli government. David holds an MSEE degree from Tel Aviv University, and a BSEE degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Gadi Shor, CTO
Gadi joined Wisair with over twelve years of hands-on experience in research, simulation and implementation of wireless communication systems. Previously, Gadi was CTO at DSPC Systems and a system engineer in the electronic R&D department in an advanced technical entity of the Israeli government. Gadi holds MSEE and BSEE degrees in from Tel Aviv University.
David Meshulam, VP Applications
David brings to Wisair a rich experience in managing the design and implementation of various wireless communication systems. Before joining Wisair, David worked at DSPC Systems managing multi-disciplinary teams developing cellular terminals for CDMA and TDMA standards. Earlier, he held several positions at Electronic R&D Department in an advanced technical entity of the Israeli government. David holds a BSc degree in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Rob Sharpe, VP WW Sales
Rob has over eighteen years experience in the semiconductor and electronics industries. Prior to Wisair, Rob managed Western Area sales for Cygnal Integrated Products, a mixed signal IC manufacturer, which was later acquired by Silicon Laboratories. Previously, Rob founded ChipHelp, a private semiconductor service company providing design services and training. Earlier, Rob held various engineering, sales and marketing management positions at Hyundai Semiconductor, Mitsubishi Electronics, Hitachi Semiconductor and Link Flight Simulation. Rob holds a BSEE degree from Santa Clara University.
Tal Keren-Zvi, VP R&D
Tal brings more than 15 years of chip development and program management to Wisair. Most recently, he was manager of all worldwide wireless PAN programs at Texas Instruments. In this role, he lead a team more than 100 engineers spread over three continents that specialized in wireless communications designs integrating analog, digital and several RF cores on the same chip. Previously, Tal was manager of VLSI development at BrightCom Technologies, a creator of Bluetooth silicon solutions. Prior to this, he was director of ASIC development at Chromates-Lucent. He also served as the ASIC Chip team leader at 3COM/US Robotics/Scorpio. Tal received a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Asaf Avidan, VP Marketing
Asaf joined Wisair in 2005 as Director of Business Development, before being promoted to the position of VP Marketing in 2008. Earlier, Asaf was Director of Marketing at Yitran, a power line semiconductor company. Prior to that he worked as a product marketing manager and managed the applications group at Texas Instruments in the Short Distance Wireless business unit. Asaf has 10 years of previous experience in RF & microwave components and sub-systems R&D. Asaf holds BSEE (with honors) and LLB degrees from Tel Aviv University and has practiced commercial and labor law for several years.
Robert Sevish, VP Operations
Robert brings to Wisair more than 16 years of development in Telecom, Datacom, Video and wireless Systems and R&D group management. Prior to Wisair, Robert was Associate VP R&D in Avantry – developer of MIMO spatial multiplexing RF. He also managed R&D Groups in Scopus Networks, ECI Telecom, Telrad Networks, and Comverse. Earlier, he served at Electronic R&D Department in an advanced technical entity of the Israeli government. Robert holds a BSc (with honors) degree in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Hila Shaul, VP Human Resources
Hila joined Wisair in 2004. Between 1999 and 2004, Hila served as Human Resources Manager at Nur Macroprinters (acquired by HP). Hila holds an M.A degree in Organizational Behavior and a B.A in Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
